The Health Benefits of the Ingredients in Polyp Formula (DFS)

1. Berberine extract-  Berberine has shown in several studies — animal models, some human clinical trials — that have looked at how berberine might affect the formation, growth, recurrence, or size of intestinal polyps (adenomas)In a trial following people who had colon polyps removed, those given berberine (0.3 g twice daily) had a significantly lower rate of new adenomas over 2 years compared to placebo. A more recent extended follow-up (up to 6 years) showed that this protective effect persisted: lower adenoma recurrence and lower neoplasm occurrence in the berberine group vs placebo. Berberine in research studies shows it helps to reduce polyp formation and recurrence in familial adenomatous polyposis patients.

2.  Graviola extract (Annona murricata 10:10 fruit)-  The fruit is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which can help reduce inflammation. Chronic inflammation is a known risk factor for the development and progression of polyps and colorectal cancer.

3.  Graviola extract (Annona muricata, leaf)-   Used traditionally in various cultures for its supposed antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer effects. Contains bioactive compounds called annonaceous acetogenins, which are studied for their potential bioactivity against cancer cells.
