Easy Registration

Patient Registration
Go to the Nu-Scripts.com registration page and create an account. If you know the name of the clinic or health provider that referred you, enter it into the "Referring Clinic / Provider Name" field. If you don't have a referral, simply leave it blank.

You can ignore the "NPI Number" field if you are a patient.

Clinic | Health Provider Registration
Go to the Nu-Scripts.com registration page and create an account. If you know the name of the clinic that referred you, enter it into the "Referring Clinic / Provider Name" field. If you don't have a referral, simply leave it blank.

Enter your "NPI Number if you are a Health Provider", or email documentation to support@nu-scripts.com. Once we have verified your registration information, you will be upgraded to a clinic wholesale account.

You will then access the wholesale pricing exclusively available to Health Providers.
