The Health Benefits of the Ingredients in NRG Biotic™ (previously Fx GBA)

NRG Biotic™ is a probiotic formula combined with Coenzyme Q10 and Magnesium Orotate. It's indicated to support healthy cellular energy production with magnesium and Coenzyme Q10 required for ATP (energy) production in the cell. The probiotic species may help to support a healthy gut microbial profile and support a healthy immune system.  Supports healthy mood balance and reduces symptom occurrence of mild anxiety.

1. Magnesium Orotate- supports the body maintain a balanced gut microbiome. It appears to help modulate inflammation in the gut, promote microbiome balance, and support gut-brain axis function.

2. CoQ-10 (CoEnzyme Q-10)- Aids the synthesis of neurotransmitters and supports nervous system health. CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10) is a naturally occurring fat-soluble compound in the body, found in mitochondria of cells. It plays a key role in energy (ATP) production.It also acts as a potent antioxidant, helping protect cells from oxidative damage. The body makes CoQ10, but production tends to decline with age and under certain disease states, or with some medications (e.g. statins).

3. Lactobacillus acidophilus- It’s a “good” bacterium (probiotic) naturally found in the intestines. It supports the body in dealing with digestive issues common in people with inflammation in the digestive tract (IBS, bloating, abdominal pain). It also supports a healthy functioning immune system.

4. Streptococcus thermophilus-  Streptococcus thermophilus is a probiotic bacterium commonly used in fermentation of yoghurt, cheese, and other dairy products.  It produces lactase (β-galactosidase) which helps break down lactose, making dairy more tolerable for people with lactose intolerance.  It may help with gut barrier protection and support individuals dealing with inflammation in their digestive system. 

5. Bifidobacterium bifidum-  Bifidobacterium bifidum is a beneficial gut bacterium with solid evidence in humans and animals that it can help bring comfort to people dealing with IBS, improve stomach/intestine discomfort (especially when triggered by things like antibiotics or metformin), and improve the balance of the gut microbiome. It helps with inflammation, supports immune regulation, and strengthens the gut barrier.
