The health benefits of Adaptogen Assist - LERA  a proprietary blend of natural adaptogens.

1. Eleuthero extract (Siberian Ginseng)- Helps the body cope with stress response. 

Eleuthero appears to support the HPA axis (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis), the body’s central stress response system. Studies have shown improved performance under stress, including cognitive and physical tasks. Eleuthero support your energy, immunity, and stress resilience.

2. Cramp Bark fruit (viburnum opulus)-  Supports muscle relaxation, tension, and spasms. 

Cramp Bark contains compounds (such as valerenic acid-like substances and coumarins) that relax smooth muscle tissue—especially in the uterus. It is also known to help relax skeletal muscles such as those in the back, neck, shoulders, and in legs (such as in leg cramps at night). 

3. Hawthorne fruit-  Supports cardiovascular health. 

The flavonoids in hawthorne (Cratageus oxycantha) support healthy blood vessels and may support healthy LDL levels by promoting healthy oxidation levels. Hawthorne extract supports healthy heart function and healthy circulation. In animal model studies hawthorn preparations have shown some antioxidant protective effects for liver tissue, reducing markers of damage.

4. Mountain Ash-  (Sorbus aucuparia) also called Rowan Berry is Rich in Antioxidants – Supports Immune & Cellular Health.

The berries contain flavonoids, carotenoids, and vitamin C which help neutralize free radicals and support immune function. Helps support healthy fluid retention levels and supports a healthy urinary tract system. Also known to promote healthy liver, gallbladder function, and  regular digestion. 

5. Maral root- Supports Energy, Endurance & Physical Stamina.

As an adaptogen, Maral root (Rhaponticum carthamoides) helps the body adapt to physical stress. It supports mitochondrial activity, helps support health cortisol levels, and may improve oxygen utilization. Maral root contains ecdysteroids that have been shown to support protein synthesis and muscle repair after exercise. Like many adaptogens, Maral root helps balance stress hormones (like cortisol) and may support a balanced and positive mood. 

6. Aralia Elata-  Anti-Inflammation and Antioxidant. 

Given the scientific evidence so far, Aralia elata (Japanese Angelica tree) has several promising properties: anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant, metabolic benefits (supporting healthy blood sugar and healthy lipid profiles), and skin benefits in cell/animal studies. Animal studies also show promise in the area of protecting brain tissue from oxidative damage. Aralia elata is also known to support energy levels and improve endurance. 

7. Chinese Licorice- Anti-Inflammatory and Immune system support. 

Studies show that glycyrrhizin and other compounds in licorice root have anti-inflammatory effects. Chinese licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) is one of the most commonly used herbs in in Chinese Traditional medicine. Chinese licorice has shown promise in supporting liver function in research studies. Some naturopathic or integrative practitioners use licorice to support healthy adrenal function during periods of chronic fatigue or stress.

8. Inonotus obliquus (chaga mushroom) extract-  A Rich Antioxidant 

Chaga is especially rich in antioxidants — compounds that help protect cells from oxidative stress, which contributes to aging and chronic diseases. Chaga contains beta-glucans, which are known to help regulate and support the immune system — either boosting it when needed, or helping tone down excessive inflammation.
