The Health Benefits of the Ingredients in Stress Assist™

Stress Assist™ combines 10 powerful vitamins and minerals with Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) and Lunasin™, a plant-based Bioactive Peptide Complex, to support cognitive function, memory, and overall brain health. This advanced formula also promotes immune support, healthy inflammation response, and neuroprotection, helping your body better manage everyday stress and maintain optimal cellular health.

1. Vitamin C-  Vitamin C is a water-soluble antioxidant vitamin essential for the following: Collagen formation (skin, blood vessels, cartilage), Immune function, Neurotransmitter synthesis (especially norepinephrine), Regulation of the stress response, Protection against oxidative damage. Because the body does not store large amounts, it must be consumed regularly through diet and/or supplements.

2. Vitamin D-  Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that acts more like a hormone than a traditional vitamin. Once activated in the liver and kidneys, it regulates hundreds of genes affecting immune, brain, and hormonal function. Low vitamin D levels have been linked to exaggerated stress responses and higher cortisol levels.

3. Thiamin-   Adequate thiamin supports steady energy and reduces stress-related fatigue. Thiamin is a water-soluble B vitamin that helps convert carbohydrates into energy (ATP). It’s essential for normal function of the nervous system, muscles, and heart.

4. Riboflavin-  Riboflavin is a building block for FAD (flavin adenine dinucleotide) and FMN (flavin mononucleotide) — cofactors critical for cellular energy (ATP) production. During stress, the body’s energy demand rises, and adequate riboflavin helps sustain efficient energy metabolism.
It supports the function of other B-vitamins (B₆, B₉, B₁₂) that also contribute to mental clarity and energy.

5. Niacin - Niacin is a key component of the coenzymes NAD⁺ and NADP⁺, which are required for hundreds of energy-producing reactions in every cell.
During stress, energy demand increases, and NAD⁺ helps convert glucose, fat, and protein into ATP — your body’s energy currency.
Adequate niacin helps prevent fatigue and “burnout” under chronic stress.

6. Vitamin B6-  B vitamin that acts as a coenzyme in over 100 enzyme reactions. It’s involved in protein metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, immune support, and hormone balance. Because the body can’t store much of it, regular intake through diet or supplements is essential.B₆ is needed to make neurotransmitters that regulate mood and stress, including: Serotonin (calm, mood stability), Dopamine (motivation, focus),GABA (relaxation, stress reduction). Low B₆ levels are linked with anxiety, irritability, and low mood.

7. Folate-  In the body, folate is converted into active forms (mainly 5-MTHF — 5-methyltetrahydrofolate) that are essential for DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation, and methylation processes that regulate mood and stress. Folate is crucial for the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine — chemicals that regulate mood, focus, and stress response.

8. Vitamin B12-  Because absorption depends on intrinsic factor (a stomach protein), deficiencies can occur in people with digestive issues, older adults, or those on vegan diets.B₁₂ helps convert carbohydrates and fats into usable energy (ATP) by supporting mitochondrial metabolism. Stress and fatigue increase energy demand, and low B₁₂ can lead to tiredness, weakness, and brain fog. Adequate levels help maintain steady energy and endurance, especially under mental or physical strain.

9. Biotin-  Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin that helps your body convert food into energy and supports healthy hair, skin, nails, and nerves.
It functions as a coenzyme in several key metabolic reactions involving carbohydrates, fats, and amino acids. Because it’s not stored in large amounts, steady intake through food or supplements is needed.Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin that helps your body convert food into energy and supports healthy hair, skin, nails, and nerves.

10. Pantothenic Acid-  Pantothenic acid is vital for forming Coenzyme A, which is central to the Krebs cycle — the process cells use to generate ATP (energy).
During stress, when your energy needs increase, adequate B₅ ensures your cells efficiently convert food into fuel. This helps reduce fatigue and maintain stamina.

11. Calcium -  Calcium plays a role in cell signaling pathways that regulate the secretion of stress hormones, including cortisol and adrenaline. Adequate calcium helps maintain hormonal balance, contributing to a calmer stress response.Chronic stress can increase cortisol levels, which may contribute to bone loss over time. Maintaining sufficient calcium intake supports bone density and helps protect against osteoporosis, especially in populations at risk (postmenopausal women, older adults).

12. Lunasin™-  is a worldwide research plant-based bioactive peptide complex that exhibits numerous positive health benefits ranging from cancer prevention to cardiovascular health, neurocognitive health benefits and antioxidant cellular protection. 13. PQQ- (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone)- PQQ is involved in mitochondrial function, which is essential for cellular energy production, helping to support overall vitality and stamina. By supporting mitochondrial function and reducing oxidative stress, PQQ may be beneficial in promoting healthy aging and longevity.  PQQ can complement other nutrients, such as Coenzyme Q10, thus enhancing overall cellular healthy and energy production.
