1. Dandelion leaf extract-  Dandelion leaf extract has shown promising activity in lab studies against viruses like influenza, HIV, and even preliminary activity against SARS-CoV-2 spike binding. It also helps reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, which are often part of the damage during viral illness.The leaves of the dandelion plant contain various bioactive compounds: flavonoids (e.g. luteolin), phenolic acids, polysaccharides, antioxidants, etc. Used traditionally in herbal medicine for digestive support, liver health, diuretic effects, anti-inflammatory properties.

4. Baicalin-  is a plant-derived flavonoid (a type of polyphenol) found in Scutellaria baicalensis (Chinese skullcap). It is a natural complimentary supplement that can support the body's responses during season flu exposure times.
