1. Maitake Mushroom- Maitake contains beta-glucans, complex polysaccharides that activate immune cells like macrophages, natural killer (NK) cells, dendritic cells, and T-cells. This activation enhances the body's ability to recognize and respond to pathogens and abnormal cells.
