Physician Registation Requirements

• Registration on Nu-Scripts.com (wholesale pricing is only available to registered users that have submitted their credentials).
• Email Vallidation - (Check your inbox or junk mail folder for the validation email required to activate your registration).
• Upload credentials - (medical license, or health practitioner credentials).
• Resale Certificate - (Sales Tax will be charged on all orders unless a valid resale certificate is provided for our files).
• Upon receipt of your registration and credentials, we will activate your account and provide each Health Professional with a unique Physician Code to give their patients to enable them to purchase recommended products.

Patients of our referring Health Professionals

Patients may only purchase retail products recommended by their Health Professional by entering a unique Physician Code provided to them by the Health Professional.
